Struggling as a parent? Feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs there is — and even more challenging when you’re not getting enough sleep. Sleep deprivation can affect:

  • Your ability to bond with your baby

  • How you cope with everyday life

  • Your capacity to be a positive, patient parent

Every baby’s sleep is unique, and understanding the biology behind it is key. I help parents work out what’s normal for their little one, and guide them to know when gentle intervention can make a real difference. Together, we can reset sleep patterns in a way that works for your baby and your family, so sleep feels easier.

I get it — and I’m here to help.

How I Work

Every baby is unique. Every family is different.

Whether you are

  • Co-sleeping and wanting to continue safely

  • Transitioning to a floor bed

  • Moving from contact naps to cot naps

  • Supporting your baby toward more independent sleep

  • Or simply wanting calmer evenings and more predictable days

We work together to create change in a way that feels respectful and sustainable, without interrupting connection and attachment.

This is not sleep training.

There are no rigid schedules.
No cry-it-out methods.
No one-size-fits-all plans.

Only practical, responsive guidance tailored to your baby’s temperament and your family’s capacity.

Sleep Support Services

Each consultation is grounded in developmental science, responsive care, and practical strategies tailored to your baby’s temperament and your family’s values.

  • Telehealth Consultation

From the comfort of your own home, this 60-minute video session gives you personalised guidance on your baby's sleep, feeding, temperament, and daily rhythms. You'll leave with clear strategies, a deeper understanding of what's biologically normal, and the confidence to move forward — gently and sustainably. Available for babies and children from birth to five years.

  • Home Visit

Sometimes you need more than advice — you need someone in the room with you. This two-hour in-home consultation (birth to 12 months) allows us to observe your baby in their natural environment, read their cues together, and practise responsive settling techniques in real time. Ideal for families feeling overwhelmed or craving hands-on, compassionate support.

  • In-Clinic Consultation

Held in a warm, professional setting in Parkville, this 60-minute session offers focused sleep and developmental guidance from pregnancy through to five years. The clinic environment means I can take a whole-child approach — collaborating with and referring to trusted allied health professionals when feeding, development, regulation, or maternal wellbeing needs a little extra support.

  • Little Senses Playgroup

Little Senses is a small, nurturing Parkville-based playgroup for babies up to nine months — a space to explore, connect, and grow. Each 60-minute sensory session supports your baby's nervous system development and helps you better understand their cues, sleep foundations, and needs, all while building genuine connection with other parents walking the same path.

Why choose me?

I help families feel supported, confident, and calmer while guiding babies toward sleep more easily. My approach is personalised, grounded in developmental research, and tailored to your child’s temperament and your family’s needs.

Instead of traditional sleep training, I focus on gently shifting sleep and comfort routines in ways that nurture your baby’s development and keep you connected. With practical, hands-on strategies, I help you navigate change while protecting your parent–child relationship — and taking the battle and stress out of sleep.
