A nurturing space to grow alongside your baby, and find your people

ometimes you just need to be in a room with people who get it. Little Senses is a small, nurturing weekly sensory playgroup where education and community sit side by side naturally — your baby gets to explore and discover, and you get genuine connection, guidance, and space to breathe.

Sessions are kept deliberately small so every family feels seen. You’ll leave with new insight into your baby, and over time, with the kind of community that’s hard to find and worth a lot when you do.

What each session supports

Little Senses sessions work on multiple levels at once: for your baby’s development and for you as a parent.

  • Sensory exploration and play suited to your baby’s developmental stage

  • Nervous system regulation — understanding how your baby processes the world

  • Reading your baby’s cues with more confidence and less guesswork

  • Sleep foundations, introduced naturally through the session content

  • Real connection with other families in the same season of life

Who it’s for

Little Senses suits a wide range of families. If any of the following sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

  • Those looking for more than just a playgroup

  • Parents of babies up to nine months who aren’t yet crawling confidently

  • Those who feel isolated or would benefit from genuine community with other parents

  • Anyone curious about sensory development, baby cues, or nervous system regulation

  • Families where sleep is a concern but who aren’t quite ready for a one-on-one consultation
