Support from home, when you need it most
60 minutes | Birth to 5 years | $217
Have sleep or settling issues left you too tired to leave the house? This one-hour phone or video consultation brings calm, expert guidance directly to you, no matter where in Australia you are.
Personalised sleep support, wherever you are in Australia
Sleep challenges are exhausting enough without the added pressure of getting out the door. This one-hour video consultation allows us to explore your baby or child’s sleep, temperament, feeding, development, and daily rhythms together – because understanding the full picture is what allows us to find approaches that actually work.
You’ll leave with a deeper sense of what’s biologically normal, and a plan to help you confidently move forward, without rigid schedules or methods that don’t sit right with you.

Frequently asked questions

As my service is predominantly provided in the family home, I have an opportunity to assess the sleep space and support you to implement strategies in your own familiar surroundings. There is less disruption to the family, and strategies can continue consistently without having to adjust to an unfamiliar place.
-
My approach is flexible and methods are discussed with your and your family before making decisions. My approach is flexible, responsive, and always tailored to your baby and your family. It is informed by the Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) framework and aligns with the principles of the Possums approach, while also integrating temperament, sensory processing, and practical settling strategies. At the same time, many families come to me wanting more individualised, practical support; while the Possums philosophy is deeply reassuring, some parents are looking for clearer, personalised strategies to gently improve sleep , without compromising attachment or responsiveness. Together, we explore the “why” behind your baby’s sleep challenges and identify clear, manageable steps that support connection and responsiveness. I don’t use controlled crying or cry-it-out methods, my focus is helping your baby feel safe and secure so sleep becomes easier.
-
Absolutely — and we’d encourage it. Having both caregivers across the plan from the start makes implementation so much easier and more consistent at home.
-
It’s helpful but not essential to complete the intake form before the session, find a quiet spot, and have a decent internet connection. That’s genuinely all you need.
-
That’s parenthood, and it’s completely fine. A messy, real day often gives us more to work with, not less.

Yes, from birth. For very young babies, our focus is on understanding normal newborn sleep patterns and helping you feel confident rather than anxious. Many parents find their baby settles only in their arms and is hard to put down — this is completely normal at this age, and we can explore gentle strategies to support transitions while still respecting your baby’s needs. We also focus on settling techniques, sensory play, feeding patterns, and reading your baby’s cues. Learning to understand and respond to your baby in the moment strengthens connection, supports attachment, promotes attunement, and helps reduce stress for your baby..
-
No — We don’t use controlled crying, cry-it-out, or rigid sleep training programs. Sleep is biological, not something that needs to be “trained.” We support families to make gentle, practical changes to methods that are no longer working or feel unsustainable, helping babies settle more easily without compromising connection. If an infant becomes distressed, they are responded to promptly, providing safe, secure support. By observing your baby’s cues and working with their temperament, families can create lasting, responsive routines that improve sleep while maintaining attachment.
-
Absolutely — if you’re here researching sleep and looking for support, now is the perfect time. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable or your mental wellbeing is at risk. Even if sleep just feels hard, or you simply want reassurance about what’s normal, that’s reason enough to book. Early support can help prevent stress from escalating and give you confidence in understanding and supporting your baby’s sleep.

You’re encouraged to take notes during the session, and you can also request a written summary of the strategies we discussed. A follow-up appointment is generally recommended 2–3 weeks after the initial consultation to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and refine strategies as needed.
